Fluvie collects and stores financial data that you voluntarily enter into the platform, including: transactions, spending categories, financial goals, profile information (profession, income), and messages sent to the AI assistant.
Your messages and contextual financial data are processed by third-party AI models (including Qwen and OpenAI) to generate personalized responses. Data is sent securely via API for real-time processing.
Only the context necessary for the current conversation is sent to AI providers. We do not share your complete transaction history with third parties.
We implement multiple security layers to protect your data:
Your data is securely stored on Supabase, a database platform with cloud-hosted infrastructure. Data remains stored as long as your account is active.
Fluvie may store AI-generated insights about your financial patterns to improve future response quality. These insights are stored in the database associated with your account and protected by the same security policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with AI providers (as described in section 2) for service operation.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform.
